Unless they are offering free submission the only thing your submission will do is line the developers pocket. Do not waste your time and money! You also need to be very cautious of the Directories that are reasonably new offering very high Page Rank. In most cases this is purchased page rank and this type of directory is getting removed from the Google database. That great page rank link you think you have purchased could end up as a link in a bad neighborhood. The average page rank for a well developed directory is PR 4 to 6. Be very leery of anything higher and how they got it.
